We do all the work for you. We advertise your property, schedule appointments and show your unit, screen potential tenants, and administrate the lease signing.

3. Screen Potential Tenants

We provide financial background checks for every potential tenant as well as employment verification and tenant history. We also provide criminal background checks upon request.

4. A Lease That Protects You

We provide our landlords with a Chicago Apartment Lease that will protect you from unacceptable tenant behavior. Our goal is to protect you. We will also include any additional terms in a rider upon request.

We connect with you regularly to keep you informed and to give feedback on showings. If your unit sits on the market too long we help you to make informed decisions, based on our experience and knowledge, to get your unit occupied.

We use a Non-Exclusive Listing Agreement which gives you freedom to use any other method to find a tenant. You are free to cancel the agreement at any time. There is no fee to list with us, a fee is only applicable if we find a qualified tenant for you.
